The Compensation Committee will work together to evaluate the overall compensation structure for church employees and will make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The Committee will aid in setting the structure for overall employee compensation. The Committee is looking for candidates with experience in creating job descriptions, setting salaries, handling human resources, and working in employee benefits. Candidates may include but are not limited to executives, managerial staff, or human resource professionals.
